Despiden a una adolescente por calificar su trabajo de aburrido en Facebook
El jefe le entregó una carta que decía: "A la vista de sus comentarios en Facebook sobre el trabajo y la compañía, creemos que es mejor que, como no está contenta, terminemos con efecto inmediato su empleo en Marketing & Logistics".
Swann señaló al periódico su estupor por lo sucedido ya que ni siquiera mencionó en su comentario el nombre de la empresa para la que trabajaba, sino que se había limitado a decir que su labor en la oficina le aburría.
El secretario general del sindicato TUC, Brendan Barber, criticó el hecho de que un empresario se dedicase a husmear en las conversaciones privadas de sus empleados.
Según el líder sindical, "a muy pocos empresarios se les ocurriría seguir a sus trabajadores hasta el bar de la esquina para ver si se quejan del trabajo delante de sus amigos", explicó.
